You may only become a member of the Society if you qualify to do so, either by successfully completing one of our courses - or if you are an experienced shoe fitter already, via an Entrance Examination.  The course is a teaching aid/learning vehicle leading to a recognised qualification - extremely useful for staff training.  The examination is for already experienced fitters to prove they have the knowledge to become an M.S.S.F.
